Job Description; The College of Engineering and Technology seeks a 9-month fixed-term position starting fall semester 2018 to teach, advice, and provide service with a program focus in industrial engineering technology and industrial technology.
The faculty member will also be expected to lead and mentor teams in the design and fabrication of a robot for the annual robotics competition organized by the Association for Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE), and be involved in student organizations.

Have a master’s degree in technology, engineering or similar field. Should be able to teach courses and laboratories mentioned below: (1) Fundamentals of electronics and electrical circuits (2) Programmable logic controllers (3) Programming using BASIC, Visual BASIC, C+ or other form of microcontroller programming such as Python (4) Industrial networking and industrial network security (5) At least one of the following areas: a) Robotics b) Mechatronics and automation c) Smart Manufacturing systems.

Housed within the College of Engineering and Technology, the Department of Technology Systems (TSYS) offers five undergraduate degrees, three masters’ degrees, four graduate professional certificates, and participates in a consortium-based PhD program.
