The Business Transformation Consultant will provide leadership and take contributions of Analysts to createvaluable solutions that improve the healthcare systems. You'll be a critical BusinessAnalyst team member and help to rewrite the future of UnitedHealth Group.Ultimately, you'll have a real impact on business decisions, supporting ourautomation advisory function that's integral to the Automation COE. Primary Responsibilities: Work closely with the automation delivery teams and customers to ensure continuous best in class methodology, delivery artifacts and development of accelerators / tools Engage with senior leadership in the different value streams within the organisation to understand the business needs and challenges, educate on the automation teams capabilities and technologies available, RPA being the current core technology Maintain an understanding of emerging technologies, research and thought leadership and contribute to ensuring best in class practice within the automation team Help define the strategic roadmap of the Automation COE Develop partnerships with other teams in the organization, who have expertise in cutting edge technologies, tools and methodologies Develop high quality collateral which could take the form of leadership presentations, educational packs, strategy or technology recommendations, thought leadership papers etc.
Required Qualifications: Graduate degree or equivalent experience (proven experience as a consultant gained with leading professional services or technology firm ideally working on IT / Process Improvement / Automation / RPA projects) Experience of implementing software or business transformation projects from ideation / requirements through to successful delivery Displays an Innovative mind set which contributes, promotes and adopts new ideas and approaches Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to peers and senior management Demonstrable track record of effective client and stakeholder communication and management Strong team player with proven success in contributing to a team - oriented environment Fluency in English, both written and spokenPreferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the US Health Insurance Industry: Claim Adjudication, Payments and Eligibility Prior experience with RPA end to end delivery with a market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath Lean process improvement or six sigma qualifications / experience Experienced in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and Agile methodologies Careers with Optum.
