Must be able to successfully work with various vendors and mechanical / engineering teams both up and downstream to successfully troubleshoot issues on a daily basis. Primary Responsibilities: Respond to Hardware / Software / Robotic or related to the pharmacy floor incident and service requests from customers Interact with vendors and mechanical / engineering teams to resolve customer issues and incidents Responsible for software upgrades or new software implementations Interact with upstream application teams to resolve / clarify / troubleshoot incidents Resolve Desktop / Server / miscellaneous hardware issues
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with querying Microsoft SQL or equivalent DBMS – write SQL queries 2+ years of experience with desktop support and deployment software 2+ years of Microsoft operating system experience 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience 1+ years of experience with help desk systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to create, maintain and develop documentation Available to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm - 12:00 am with flexibility, overtime, and occasional weekend work Able to lift miscellaneous computer equipment up to 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications: DC circuits knowledge / experience is highly desired 1+ years of experience with serial based communications Industrial automation controls experience Pharmacy or Hospital experience UnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow.
