To conduct and develop advanced manufacturing training for existing and new contracts with companies and/or their employee or individual training. To develop hands-on validation labs for current and future equipment such as Robotics, 3D printing, CNC & Automation which positively impacts skills in our local workforce.
Bachelor's Degree in Related field or Five+ years of advanced manufacturing or related industrial experience
Demonstrate or verify teaching or training experience
Ability to develop challenging skill validation labs and accurately evaluate skills; and to develop customized training.
Ability to learn new software and new machinery operations
Knowledgeable of industrial safety
Ability to develop high-quality assessment tools
Experience with Robotics, Automation, mechatronics, additive manufacturing, milling, lathes, and CNC machinery and training
Knowledge of Inventor or Solid Modeling software
Master's Degree in a related field

Essential Functions and percent of time::
75%: Conduct and develop existing or new hands-on validation labs to a students in our advanced manufacturing programs. Integrate online training with labs to expand individual's skill in contracted areas. Ability to instruct students with real-world applications of tasks being taught both online and in labs. Display a range of teaching modalities to cover vary degrees of skills and education of hands-on learners.
